By submitting this form and participating in ImprovCon programming, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation at ImprovCon is on a volunteer basis. Volunteers are not employees, independent contractors, agents, or representatives of ImprovCon. Participation does not create an employment relationship, and no wages, benefits, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance are provided. Volunteers are responsible for their own expenses unless otherwise expressly stated.
Volunteers retain full ownership of their original material, teaching content, and performances. Nothing submitted or presented is considered a work-for-hire or transfers ownership to ImprovCon.
Volunteers grant ImprovCon permission to use their name, likeness, approved photos, and brief excerpts of performances, workshops, or panels for event-related marketing, documentation, and recap purposes, before, during, and after the convention. Use will not be misleading or unrelated to ImprovCon.
Volunteers agree to comply with ImprovCon's Code of Conduct, event policies, and scheduling requirements. Failure to do so may result in removal from programming.
This summary is provided for convenience only. Participation is subject to all of ImprovCon's policies and agreements.
