Pass Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering for and purchasing an ImprovCon pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Details ImprovCon will take place August 20–23, 2026, from Thursday evening through Sunday evening, at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego, California. All programming, including workshops, panels, and performances, is subject to change without notice.

2. Registration and Eligibility All attendees must complete registration and provide accurate information.

Certain pass types (including but not limited to Program Participant, Volunteer, Hotel, or VIP passes) may require approval or a valid access code.

ImprovCon reserves the right to verify eligibility and revoke or modify registrations that do not meet requirements.

3. Access Codes Access codes are issued for specific eligibility groups and may be limited in use.

Codes may not be shared, transferred, or used outside their intended purpose.

ImprovCon reserves the right to cancel any registration obtained using an invalid, unauthorized, or misused code, without refund.

4. Hotel-Linked Passes Certain passes may require a valid reservation at the Town and Country Resort booked through official ImprovCon channels.

ImprovCon reserves the right to verify hotel reservations.

If a required reservation is not valid or cannot be verified, the associated pass may be revoked without refund.

5. Payments and Refund Policy All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of event cancellation.

If ImprovCon is canceled in its entirety, refunds may be issued at the event organizers' discretion, minus any non-recoverable costs.

6. Transfers and Resale Passes may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval from ImprovCon.

Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in the pass being canceled without refund.

7. Workshops and Add-Ons Some workshops and experiences may require additional purchase and have limited capacity.

Entry to workshops is subject to availability and may require advance registration.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

8. Code of Conduct All attendees agree to abide by the ImprovCon Code of Conduct, which promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.

ImprovCon reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund for behavior that violates these standards.

9. Media Release By attending ImprovCon, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used in event recordings, photography, and promotional materials without compensation.

10. Assumption of Risk Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in event activities. ImprovCon is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

11. Force Majeure ImprovCon is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public health concerns.

12. Modifications ImprovCon reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Program Participation Participation as a performer, panelist, or workshop facilitator is subject to separate agreements. Receipt of a pass does not imply employment and does not guarantee compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
