Host a Panel at ImprovCon

Panel Submissions Are now Open

ImprovCon is more than just workshops and shows, it’s a space for big ideas, deep discussions, and community-wide conversations. We’re looking for insightful, provocative, and engaging panels to feature at this year’s convention.

Whether you want to lead a discussion on the future of improv, host a Q&A with industry leaders, or explore a niche area of the craft, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking panels that inspire curiosity and foster connection. This includes topics such as:

  • The business of running a theater or festival
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion in improv communities
  • Navigating the intersection of improv and digital media
  • Historical perspectives on the improv tradition
  • Mental health and wellness for performers

Submission Details

Panel proposals should include a clear topic, a list of proposed panelists, and a brief description of the format (e.g., moderated discussion, presentation, or interactive town hall).

  • Submissions open: March 6, 2026
  • Submissions close: April 30, 2026

Don't just watch the conversation, lead it. We can't wait to see what you bring to the table.

Panel Agreement

All Panel submitters must review and agree to the ImprovCon Panel Agreement prior to submitting.

A plain-language summary covers panel status, passes, travel and lodging responsibilities, scheduling, technical needs, and code-of-conduct expectations.

Selected panelist will receive a complimentary Play Pass to the convention.
