How Add-On Workshop Registration Works
Registration is required for these paid, optional add-on workshops.
Pricing and attendance limits are determined by the facilitator, with some workshops also limited by room capacity.
Free workshops, panels, and performances are included with your Play Pass and do not require advance registration. Simply arrive early, as seating is first-come, first-served and subject to capacity. Our main stage evening and final Sunday matinee performances will accommodate all attendees.
If you're purchasing your Play Pass for the first time after registration opens:
Simply select your paid workshops during registration.
If you already have a Pass:
No problem!
Use the "If you need to modify your registration, follow this link." in your confirmation email.

Once you're back in registration, go to the second page and scroll down to Workshops & Other Optional Add-ons to select your workshops.
Here you will see a bunch of drop-down menus for time blocks each day
Workshop Time Blocks
Workshops begin in one of four time blocks:
Early Morning: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Late Morning: 10:15 AM to 12:15 PM
Early Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Late Afternoon: 3:15 PM to 5:15 PM
There is also a separate registration drop-down for Kids Workshops.

Some workshops are longer, including 3-hour, 4-hour, and one epic 6-hour workshop spread across two days.
Our registration system allows one workshop per starting time block, but it cannot automatically detect schedule conflicts created by longer workshops. Please review your schedule carefully before completing your registration, especially if you select a workshop over 2 hours.
Workshop registrations are final and non-refundable.
Because workshop fees are tied directly to instructor planning, room capacities, staffing, and convention logistics, we are unable to offer refunds if your schedule changes, you decide to attend something else, or you miss your workshop.
Please purchase thoughtfully and only register for workshops you're confident you'll be able to attend.
